    What is a technical turnkey contract?

    A technical turnkey contract includes all technical installations required to ensure optimal functionality and operation of a building. This includes: 

    Ventilation and HVAC (VVS)

    Environmentally friendly systems that ensure proper indoor climate and energy consumption.

    Heating and cooling 

    Efficient heat pump and cooling solutions that provide comfort and energy savings.

For example, at the new hospital in Drammen, we supply energy centres that distribute heating and cooling to the main building, including outpatient clinics, treatment buildings, wards, and service buildings.
