Åsane Byggmesterforretning AS, a company within AF Gruppen, has entered into an agreement with Munsterbekken Borettslag in Bergen for the rehabilitation of five residential buildings. The contract is a turnkey project valued at NOK 183 million excluding VAT.

AF Gruppen recorded second quarter revenues of NOK 7,651 million. Profit before tax was NOK 21 million in the second quarter, corresponding to a profit margin of 0.3%. The Group delivered good results in Civil Engineering and Energy and Environment, but downward adjustments made to the estimated results for one offshore project reduced the result for the Group.

AF Gruppen (AFG) has today received a LOI for a contract from Allseas (EXCALIBUR MARINE CONTRACTORS S.A) for disposal services of a Topside of 12,000 metric tonnes. The LOI includes an option for a second topside. Including the option the total weight is between 25.000 and 30.000 metric tonnes.

Strøm Gundersen Vestfold, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has been chosen by JVH Eiendom as the contractor for the construction of Larvik Health Park. The contract is a turnkey contract and has a value of NOK 125 million excl. VAT.
