AF has developed specialist expertise in the removal, dismantling and recycling of complex offshore installations and structures. We support customers across the offshore value chain with integrated services in decommissioning, life extension and energy infrastructure, from engineering and project execution to offshore preparation, removal, dismantling and recycling. Our technical expertise and project experience help customers deliver complex offshore projects safely, efficiently and with a strong focus on resource use and material recovery. As main contractor for removal projects, AF can manage all phases of platform decommissioning, from well plugging and abandonment (Well P & A) to waste sorting and recycling at AF Environmental Base Vats.

AF Gruppen had revenues in the first quarter of NOK 7,978 million, representing a growth of 12 percent compared to the corresponding quarter in 2025. Earnings before tax (EBT) amounted to NOK 318 million in the quarter, an improvement of 49 percent from the same quarter in 2025. The company has a strong cash flow from operating activities and maintains a solid order backlog.
