Whistleblowing

By reporting concerns you help us improve, learn, and make sure that any unacceptable practices are corrected.

    Whistleblowing

Employees and agency workers have the right to report concerns and are protected from retaliation as a result of making a report.

AF Gruppen also encourages suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders to report any suspected misconduct or other matters of concern.

Reports of concern may be submitted in your own name or anonymously. Both the report itself and the identity of the person reporting will be treated as confidential information. Concerns can be raised through your immediate manager, a manager at a higher level, by email to the Whistleblowing Committee, or anonymously via this Whistleblowing form. To the extent permitted by the nature of the case, the person reporting a concern will be informed about AF Gruppen’s handling of the matter and its outcome.

Examples of misconduct or other reportable concerns may include:

    • Breaches of laws, regulations or the Code of Conduct
    • Corruption, embezzlement or other forms of financial misconduct
    • Harassment, discrimination or substance abuse in the workplace
    • Misreporting or manipulation of financial information
    • Risks to life and health, or threats to the environment
