Klingenberggaten 7 DA has selected AF Gruppen as its collaborative partner for the complete refurbishment and development of the property at Klingenberggaten 7 in Vika into a new office concept. The project will be marketed as SYV, with the ambition of creating a modern commercial building with exceptionally high standards for quality, flexibility and sustainability.

AF Elkraft, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has been awarded contracts by Statnett for the establishment of high-voltage installations at the transformer stations in Tønsberg, Eiker and Hof. The award is subject to a 10-day standstill and complaints period.
