AF Gruppen is strengthening its concrete operations in Sweden. AF Bygg Syd AB has entered into an agreement to acquire 70 per cent of the shares in H.A. Bygg Entreprenad AB. The remaining 30 per cent will continue to be owned by the company’s employees.

AF Gruppen had revenues in the fourth quarter of NOK 9,252 million. Earnings before tax amounted to NOK 653 million in the quarter, corresponding to a profit margin of 7.1 percent. The final quarter of the year ended with the highest revenues ever, record-strong results and solid order intake.
