The building currently consists of nine floors, including two basement levels. It will be expanded toward the courtyard and receive an additional full floor. The current building area of approximately 6,500 square meters will increase to around 8,640 square meters after rehabilitation and expansion.
The agreement includes extensions toward the courtyard on all floors and the construction of an extra floor. The building will have two basement levels with parking, a shelter, locker rooms, and technical rooms. On the ground floor, a fitness center and shared cafeteria will be established, while the remaining floors will be developed into modern office spaces with flexible workstations and meeting facilities. A rooftop terrace will also be added.
“We greatly appreciate the trust placed in us by Linstow. The project involves both complex logistics and high environmental ambitions, which aligns well with our expertise. We look forward to delivering a modern building in close collaboration with Linstow,” says Tormod Solberg, Executive Vice President for Building at AF Gruppen.
The property will be certified according to BREEAM NOR Excellent and achieve energy class A. The project is part of Linstow’s long term strategy to develop attractive and sustainable office spaces in central Oslo.
Construction is scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2026, with completion in the second quarter of 2028.
