Report a concern
Reporting a concern means informing the company about issues that may be contentious or problematic. Reports help AF Gruppen address such matters and prevent undesirable incidents. All employees and contract workers have the right to notify the company about these issues. Anyone who reports in the proper manner is protected against reprisals as a result of such notification.
AF Gruppen's suppliers, partners and other stakeholders are also encouraged to report on contentious issues.

Reports can be submitted openly or anonymously, and both the report and the notifier’s identity will be treated as confidential information. Reports should be made to your line manager or a higher-level manager, the case. By e-mail to the Notification Committee of AF Gruppen, or anonymously through this channel operated by a trusted third party.
As far as possible, the notifier will be informed about AF Gruppen’s handling of the report and the outcome of the case.
Examples of contentious issues could include the following:
- Breaches of legislation, regulations and the code of conduct
- Corruption, embezzlement or other forms of financial fraud
- Harassment, discrimination or substance abuse in the workplace
- Error reporting or manipulation of financial reporting
- Threats to life, health and the environment
