The project involves a comprehensive refurbishment of the town hall, including façade restoration, technical upgrades, and adaptations to meet modern standards and functionality. Strong emphasis is placed on environmental and sustainability considerations, with solutions aimed at reducing the climate footprint and ensuring energy-efficient operations.
The project has a budget of NOK 145 million excluding VAT. The collaboration phase will begin once the contract is signed, leading to execution in 2026 and successful completion in 2027.
“Asker Town Hall is an important landmark in the municipality, and we look forward to a productive collaboration with Asker Municipality. Our experience with complex refurbishment projects provides a solid foundation for delivering a modern, sustainable, and functional town hall for the future,” says Eirik Wraal, EVP of AF Gruppen.
