The user of the building will be Bakehuset AS, which will gain increased capacity and new modern production equipment for bakery and confectionery products in the building. Bakehuset AS is a company within NorgesGruppen.
Construction is planned to start in the spring of 2025 with delivery approximately one year later. The building will be approximately 7,100 sqm, consisting of a bakery, confectionery, freezer, and office and social areas. Great emphasis is placed on energy efficiency, including the reuse of heat from the process equipment. Additionally, approximately 8,000 sqm of outdoor area will be developed, including the establishment of transport routes, loading zones, parking, etc.
