How to get started
To set up your account:
- Start by creating your password. Go to https://passord.afgruppen.no in your browser, either on your PC or phone.
- Follow the steps in the guide Access to your account.
If you need access to AF Gruppen’s IT systems, follow the steps in the guide Set up Authenticator.
If you’re unsure which access rights you need, you can contact AF IT Support.
Once your user account has been activated
You can now set up e-mail on your mobile device. More information about this is provided below.
E-learning in Motimate
You can now access a wide range of e-learning sessions in Motimate. You can access the system with your work e-mail account and windows password. We strongly recommend that you download the app to your phone. See step-by-step guide below.

Engage
AF Gruppen uses Engage as a communication channel to support collaboration across all companies within the group. The goal is to ensure knowledge sharing and the transfer of experience between units and projects, as well as to reach as many employees as possible with correct, relevant and up‑to‑date information.
Make use of it — and share updates from your project!
How to start using Engage:
- PC: Go to: https://engage.afgruppen.no
- You can save Engage as an application on your PC by clicking the three dots in the top‑right corner and then selecting:
- More tools
- Apps
- Save site as app
- You can save Engage as an application on your PC by clicking the three dots in the top‑right corner and then selecting:
- Mobile: Search for Engage and download it from the App Store or Google Play.
- Teams: You’ll find Engage in the toolbar on the left. We recommend using Engage as a standalone application.
Registering expenses and reimbursements
All expenses, business travel and commuter travel must be registered in Unit4 T&E, which is available on both PC and mobile.
The solution is connected to your AF-account, giving you direct access as long as you are signed in.
