Follow the steps below to set up your account:

1. Go to myaf.no in your browser or from your phone
2.Follow the steps in the guide; "Access to account". You can download the guide below. 

If you have a position that requires access to several other systems in AF Gruppen you will have to set up Authenticator.  Please follow the steps in the guide "Set up Authenticator". You can download the guide below.  If you have questions regarding your access, please contact helpdesk in AF Gruppen.  Se contact information at the bottom of the page. 

Once you have registered your user it is easy to set up e-mail on your phone. For more information, please scroll down. 

You can now access a wide range of e-learning sessions in Motimate. You can access the system with your work e-mail account and windows password.  We strongly recommend that you download the app to your phone. See step-by-step guide below.
