Prosjektet omfattet bygging av 264 leiligheter, 309 P-plasser samt butikklokale og mindre næringslokaler i Kværnerbyen felt D.
Grunnarbeider og infrastruktur, samt oppføring av inntil 184 leiligheter fordelt på fire bygg for Kværnerbyen Terrasse B2-B5 i Oslo.
Prosjektet består av fundamentering samt 131 leiligheter fordelt på tre bygg. Kværnerlia borettslag byr på toppmoderne leiligheter i Lodalen med gode solforhold og sentral beliggenhet.
AF Gruppen will, through ongoing and earlier projects, deliver a total of 580 apartments for OBOS in Kværnerbyen. The project includes Kværnerlia housing cooperative and Kværnerbyen Terrasse, as well as earlier work on Dreieskivakvartalet.

Behind Kværner's century-old industrial halls lies Kværnerdalen, a district with 1,600-1,800 brand new homes – just five minutes from Bjørvika and Oslo Central Station by bus.
Few places in the Oslo area have been settled for as long as Kværnerdalen. Oslo was founded at the mouth of the River Alna around 1000 AD and later, in the Middles Ages, the site on which Kværnerbyen is being built was home to Kværner Farm.
Besides the various housing cooperatives that have been built, Kværnerdalen is home to many public spaces that are very popular with residents. The 'Fyrhuset' cultural centre hosts more than 70 different events a year, while a kindergarten and the Kværedammen, with its clean bathing water, provide diversions for the district's youngest residents.
AF has had a number of contracts here over the years, both for groundwork and for apartments:
Kværnerlia housing cooperative (area B4)
The project consists of foundations and 131 apartments in three blocks. The project is being carried out as a design and build contract with a total value of NOK 232 million, exclusive of VAT. Work on the foundations started in early May 2015. The go-ahead was subject to sufficient advance sales. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2017. Kværnerlia housing cooperative offers ultra-modern apartments in Lodalen with good sun conditions and a central location. The contract also includes an option to build the next phase of construction (area B5).
Kværnerbyen Terrasse (B2-B5)
Apartments and Infrastructure in Kværnerbyen AF Gruppen (AFG) signed a contract with OBOS for the execution of groundwork and infrastructure, as well as building up to 184 apartments in four blocks for Kværnerbyen Terrasse B2-B5 in Oslo. The project is being carried out as a design and build contract with a total value of NOK 417 million, exclusive of VAT. Construction started in the first quarter of 2014, with completion scheduled for the third quarter of 2016.
Dreieskivakvartalet
AF Gruppen has previously built Dreieskivakvartalet for OBOS. The project included building 264 apartments and 309 parking spaces, as well as retail premises and smaller commercial premises in Kværnerbyen area D. The project was carried out as a design and build contract with a value of NOK 381 million, exclusive of VAT, and started in 2011.
