The company sports club has developed good, all-round fitness and social offers for all employees.
AF currently has eight sports clubs:
- Squash
- Skiing
- Football
- Bowling
- Indoor bandy
- Running/outdoor
- Golf
- Fishing
Some of the sports clubs have fixed training days, where there is also time for a relaxing chat or a bite to eat before or after training. Each sports club has a head responsible for ordering rooms for indoor training in winter etc. and who organises events and receives entries for trips etc.
The running and outdoor group takes part in the Summer Relay (formerly Manpower Relay or DHL Relay) and every year the skiing group organises a trip to Trysil. The golf group is attracting more and more members and represents AF in OBIK’s companies league. Five tournaments are played in the summer, with a final if the top of the pools is reached. An AF golf championship is also arranged at the end of the season.
