“Eiendomsplan has been carrying out housing construction in Oslo since 1994. We have had the pleasure of cooperating with AF in a number of projects. In 2001 we began constructing 289 apartments along the River Aker (Elvebredden). AF was represented on the owner side by AF Eiendom in the development company and AF Bygg Oslo was the general contractor.
The project and the cooperation with AF were both a success. When we decided to build a further 100 apartments on the neighbouring plot (Elvesiden), AF was of course our first choice as cooperative partner”
