AF is also interested in old blocks of flats, industrial sites and business districts that can be rehabilitated or rebuilt for residential purposes.
Experience and competence
Our department for project development has experience and competence in evaluating properties in relation to their development possibilities and the associated market demand. AF can carry out the entire process from the rough draft through all the governmental approvals to the sale and marketing of the completed building.
Co-operation
AF may also be interested in co-operating on the execution of projects through option agreements, development agreements or other forms of co-operation. Furthermore, AF Eiendom is interested in co-operation opportunities involving larger projects and urban areas.

- Commercial and industrial areas that can be converted to residential areas
- Built-up properties/lots with the potential for rebuilding, new construction or rehabilitation
