Judgment in the lawsuit between AF Gruppen and Raunes Fiskefarm

AF Gruppen has today been informed about the judgment of Haugaland District Court in a law suit filed by Raunes Fiskefarm against AF Gruppen.

 In the judgment, AF Gruppen has been ordered to pay damages  in the amount of NOK 40 million to Raunes Fiskefarm. 

AF Gruppen will review the premises for the  judgment. The deadline for appealing the judgment to  the Court of Appeals is one month.
