With the current high costs of energy and the strict energy requirements of the authorities for new construction, it has become an important precondition to have control of the energy consumption. Hence there are many who are demanding the competence that we are able to offer.
Energy conservation is one of our main areas of focus in the area of energy.
What is fundamental for all Energy Efficiency measures is that they have to be profitable investments. The savings in consequence of the measures that are implemented will give the owner a return on the investment prior to the expiry of the lifetime of the measure – Energy Efficiency is profitable from the first day!

The process:
Our energy consultants have the proper interdisciplinary background and experience to survey where the building or the facility can save energy and power.
Analysis
An energy conservation project preferably begins with a review and analysis of the building or facility. In the analysis, all the technical systems and the energy flow are calculated. All relevant Energy Efficiency measures are described and financial parameters such as savings, investment needs, revenue time, present value and internal interest are computed. The analysis forms a basis on which to make decisions for the execution of the measures described.
Warranty
We offer the customer total execution where we act as the turnkey contractor and guarantee all costs and energy savings on all physical measures. The customer thus has only one responsible party to maintain contact with. This is the management model that most customers desire.
Alternatively, we can offer a consulting execution in which we manage the execution process for the customer. We perform the project planning for the measures, prepare the materials for soliciting bids, obtain price quotations from the various subcontractors and govern the entire execution process from A to Z on behalf of the customer.
