Demolition - Onshore Enterprises

AF Decom Onshore is a leading company in the field of demolition and environmental clean-up for buildings, industrial plants, technical installations and construction sites, as well as in internal and selective dismantling in connection renovation jobs.

The division has offices in Oslo, Sandefjord, Bergen, Trondheim and Tromsø, and has projects from Lindesnes in the south to Hammerfest in the north. With more than 70 small and large machines with accompanying special equipment, our fleet of machines is the best-equipped in the Nordic countries.

The onshore division takes on both large and small jobs in a professional and conscientious manner. The division also possesses much competence in dredging and watergoing work, earth moving and treatment of contaminated soil, pile extraction and blasting work - both above and below water.

We seek to satisfy the requirements of our customers by, among other things, surveying buildings and installations for substances hazardous to human health or harmful to the environment, taking samples, preparing environmental clean-up reports, cost estimates and all types of dealings with the municipality associated with demolition projects.

The AF Decom onshore division defines quality as agreement between the performance that is delivered and the requirements that are posed in connection with the delivery. This applies for all forms of deliveries of products and services, and in all phases of the execution of the delivery. Requirements are given by contracts, standards, laws, regulations, agreements and the like, in addition to the requirements that we ourselves pose through our own quality assurance system.
