In addition to upgrading of bathrooms the project comprised the full work of replacing water and drainage pipes from the basement to the top floor.
The bathrooms were upgraded with wetroom membrane, wet-system underfloor heating, floor screed, floor and wall tiling and new ceiling and enclosure of drain pipes. All flats were fitted with a new wall-hung WC.
