AF Byggfornyelse carried out the rebuilding and extensions/additions to the Tveita Centre in 2002-2004 as a turnkey contract, approx. 20,000 m2. The Centre was expanded from 25 to 70 shops with new public area, facades and glass canopy.
The client was Obos Forretningsbygg AS. We also carried out fitting work in the individual shops, with direct contracts with each tenant. The project put high demands on health, safety and the environment, as construction continued while the Centre was in operation.
