AF Gruppen builds new office building at Skøyen

AF Gruppen (AFG) has signed a contract with Eiendomsspar and Thrane Steen regarding the building of a new office building at Skøyen in Oslo.

The office building has an area of 13.700 m2 BTA and the contract has a value of MNOK 250 excluding VAT.

The work will be conducted by the business area Bygg. The project will start medio August 2008, and will be completed medio June 2010.
