AF Byggfornyelse has been awarded the contract to rehabilitate Langerud Nursing Home at Skullerud. As part of rehabilitation the nursing home will be upgraded with bathrooms for each resident’s unit.

Port of Larvik

AF has constructed a new port at Larvik for Color Line's new Superspeed 2 and a new goods terminal for Larvik Havn KF.

Halden Prison

Building Services

Statsbygg and the Justice Ministry have awarded AF several contracts in the new Halden Prison which is to be erected at Torpum in Halden Municipality.

The Opera in Oslo

Building Services

AF Byggfornyelse has been involved in work from the floor to the ceiling inside the new opera house. We have received a number of new contracts during this work.

TCM Mongstad

Civil Engineering

AF is performing TCM Civil 2 works as part of the European CO2 Technology Centre Mongstad for Statoil ASA.

Nydalen Energy Central is Northern Europe's largest of its kind and produces 50% of the energy of the associated buildings in Nydalen needs in an environmentally friendly way (using geothermal technology).

In connection with the E18 in Oslo between the Festning Tunnel and the Ekeberg Tunnel being joined together with a tunnel under Bjørvika and Bispevika, AF Decom has performed demolition work.
