Our intake of new employees will of course vary with the influx of projects and the economic cycles in the industry and society as a whole. We currently have a large need for Bachelor’s and Master’s students, both engineers and economists, for all our business areas.
Summer jobs, project reports and Master’s projects
AF desires to show what the possibilities are that we can offer to new, potential employees after they have completed their educations. The primary focus for all recruitment at AF is the individual person’s ability and possibility to develop as a leader. In order to give the individual student and the companies within AF a better basis for determining whether AF could be a future employer, we wish to use summer jobs as a means to become better acquainted. Furthermore, we also give you the opportunity to carry out a project assignment or Master’s project with us, if the conditions in general are appropriate for such. The normal course of events is for the student(s) to have a topic that they wish to write about/elucidate, and then our contribution would be an actual project where the complex of problems involved are tested out.
We participate at most of the Norwegian universities/colleges with our own presentations, and also take part in business community days/career days. We present our corporate group at these events, which provide the individual student with opportunities for interviews with managers and other key personnel at AF. Through such interviews, the possibilities for summer jobs, project reports, Master’s projects and possible employment can be discussed.
