AF acquires two sites in Oslo for property development.
AF Group (AFG) has signed an agreement with Contest Invest AS and Udvisor AS to buy 100 % of the shares in Bjørnsons Hage AS. The agreement includes the purchase of 6 residential properties in Lillestrøm centre. The properties are valued at NOK 54 million and are planned to be developed into approximately 7,000 square meters of living space.
In addition, AF Group has entered in as owner (1/3) of Rolfsbukta Utvikling KS, which has acquired Fjellanger Widerøe's old headquarters at Fornebu. The property is valued at NOK 84 million and the seller is Fornebu Utvikling ASA (FBU). Rolfsbukta Utvikling KS will develop and sell a residential project of approximately 5,500 square meters of living space.
