AF Group acquires plots of land that are developed into commercial or residential projects. This is done either by making the investment ourselves or in conjunction with partners. The majority of our projects are located geographically around Oslo and in the central Østland area.

AF identifies properties with development potential and adds value to the properties through a development process. The added value is extracted by selling the property once its development potential has been maximised.
