AF views it as being essential that all employees take part in the core values upon which the company is being built.
Acquisitions and organic growth have resulted in many new employees. In order for everyone to gain insight into how AF wishes to appear to others, the company has made two booklets that describe the core values of the company and a code of conduct for AF's employees respectively.
Purpose
The purpose of AF's enterprises is to create value. We wish to help customers to succeed with their businesses by delivering products and services in accordance with their needs and at an agreed price.
Goals
The company has two clear goals for its enterprises, and the goals are divided up into seven areas:

- Customers
- Employees
- Suppliers
- Society
- Health, safety and the environment
- External environment

Values
Through the company's history, the five core values have always been solidly in place:
