AF Gruppen acquires the shares in Mollier

AF Gruppen has entered into an agreement with Mollier AS regarding the purchase of the remaining 49 % of the shares in the Mollier. The wholly owned subsidiary is part of AF Gruppen’s focus on Energy.

Mollier AS is an engineer- and service company with focus on HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems. The company focuses mainly on offshore –installations in the North Sea. At year end, Mollier had 69 employees and a turnover of NOK 130 million. The company is established in Stavanger and Bergen. 

- Mollier has experienced a positive development in AF Gruppen and contributes significantly to AF’s focus on energy-related services. Through ownership in Aeron and Mollier, AF Gruppen has established itself as market leader on HVAC – systems to the Norwegianoffshore- and marine industry. In addition, AF Gruppen provides energy-related services to commercial buildings and industry. Increased focus on decreasing energy -consumption in these business areas makes our position in the market very attractive, says Pål Egil Rønn, CEO of AF Gruppen.
