AF Group is selected by Bjørvika Infrastruktur AS as contractor for construction works on Havnepromenade Vest, a part of the port promenade around the Sørenga pier, defined in the Bjørvika-Bispevika-Lohavn regulation plan.
The contract includes piling to rock in water, establishing a concrete bearing surface, building up differences in levels and construction of top surface on the promenade pier.
Start-up on the project will be in September / October 2010 with handover by summer 2012. The value of the contract is NOK 95 million excluding VAT.
