Strøm Gundersen AS, where the AF Group is the principal shareholder, has entered into an agreement with Union Eiendomsutvikling AS to build Pier 7, a new residential and commercial building in Drammen.
Pier 7 will be a building of high architectural qualities centrally situated in Drammen. Strøm Gundersen will build 18,000 square meters of offices, apartments, underground parking and preparation of exterior spaces.
The contract has a value of NOK 275 million ex. VAT. Construction will commence in December 2011 with completion December 2013.
