AF Gruppen (AFG) is nominated by Oslo Lufthavn Eiendom AS (OSLE) as turnkey contractor for the construction of Rezidor Park Inn Flyplasshotell at Gardermoen.
The hotel area will be 17,500 sqm. and is designed by Nils Torp. The hotel will have 300 rooms and will be located in walking distance to the airport.
The contract value is estimated at MNOK 290 excluding VAT.
Construction will start at the beginning of March 2009 and is scheduled to be completed summer 2010.
AF ha been chosen based on the main criteria in the tender given by OSLE: price, project risk and quality.
