Undervisningsbygg - the Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property in Oslo, has awarded AF Group a contract for the total renovation of Sinsen School.
The value of the contract is MNOK 104 excluding VAT. Work will commence 1 July 2010 and be carried out by AF’s building operations. The agreement covers the complete renovation of existing school buildings covering approximately 8,800 sq.m, including demolition work and building a new swimming pool. Construction will take one year.
