AF to renew Kjelsås School

Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF - the Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property in Oslo, has awarded AF Group a contract for the building and rehabilitation of Kjelsås School.

The agreement covers demolition of parts of existing school buildings, establishment of new school building and hall, and rehabilitation of existing buildings. 
 
Work will commence 1 October 2010 and the school will be completed by the summer of 2012. The value of the contract is NOK 188 million excluding VAT. 
 
"This is a large and demanding rehabilitation job that we look forward to start on. AF has experience and we have been awarded several school rehabilitation jobs lately. Together with the client, we will make sure Kjelsås School is a future-oriented
