Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF - the Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property in Oslo, has appointed the AF Group (AFG) a contract for the building and rehabilitation of Grefsen School.
The agreement covers demolition of parts of existing school buildings, establishment of new school building, and rehabilitation of existing buildings.
Work will commence in August 2012 and the school will be completed by the summer of 2014. The value of the contract is NOK 210 million excluding VAT.
"This is a large and demanding rehabilitation job that we look forward to start on. AF has experience with school rehabilitation jobs. Together with the client, we will make sure Grefsen School is a future-oriented educational institution when completed in 2014” says Pål Egil Rønn, CEO of AF Group.
