AF Group has signed an agreement with Eklandia Fastighets AB to build a new office building, Aurora at Lindholmen in Gothenburg.
The project will be carried out as a turnkey contract and covers construction of a building shell with seven floors included a parking garage. The building will be accomplished according to Green Building standard which requires high energy efficiency and durability.
The agreement is valued at SEK 115 million, ex. VAT. Construction will commence in November 2011 and is scheduled for completion in December 2012.
- The office building Aurora is attractively located in a business park, close to AF's own office. The building will, when completed, be a workplace for 500 people. The contract is important to our building operations in Sweden and we are looking forward to collaborating with the customer on this project, says Pål Egil Rønn, CEO of the AF Group.
