The AF Group has signed an agreement with Idun Industri Eiendom AS to build flats in Sandaker in Oslo.
The agreement covers construction of 98 new flats in three buildings located in Idun Industrier's old yeast factory in Sandaker. The value of the turnkey project is MNOK 136 excluding VAT.
Construction will commence in September 2010 and is scheduled for completion in May 2012.
