The AF Group has signed a contract with Værste AS to build the HelsePluss, a new building for healthcare services in Fredrikstad.
HelsePluss is a collaboration between the government, county, municipality and private and voluntary actors. AF will build facilities including medical offices, offices of emergency services, as well as hospital and nursing homes. The agreement also includes the construction of underground parking and preparation of exterior spaces.
The contract has a value of NOK 280 million ex. VAT
Construction will commence in December 2011 with completion autumn 2013.
