AF Gruppen signs final agreement with Kilden

AF Gruppen (AFG) has today signed the final agreement with the intermunicipal company, Kilden Theatre and Concert Hall (Kilden TKS IKS), located in Kristiansand.

The agreement is based on the letter of intent made public September 1. 2008. The agreement is worth approximately MNOK 450 ex-VAT.

When completed, Kilden at Odderoy in Kristiansand will consist of a lobby, four halls with more than 2.200 public seats, rehearsal rooms and facilities for the administration. Kilden will be the main seat of Agder Theater, Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra and Opera South.
