With reference to the stock exchange release dated 27 November 2011. The AF Group (AFG) has today completed the acquisition of the majority shareholding in Rogaland Entreprenør AS.
The company will continue as AF Rogaland Entreprenør AS. After the transaction, AF will be the owner of 56,8 per cent of the shares in the company.
