Health and working environment

AF must have a working environment that has health-promoting effects and that prevents illnesses among our employees. We desire an inspiring workplace with well-being and energy!

 In order to achieve and maintain such a working environment, the focus will be placed, among other things, on the following:

• Group healthcare service 
• Agreement with Klinikk for Alle (interdisciplinary healthcare centre)
• Close follow-ups of people using sick leave
• Group athletics
• Social offerings and leisure time offerings by project
• Risk assessments for the use of chemicals
• Substitution assessments for chemicals

Group healthcare service
AF has an internal healthcare service. This consists of a company doctor and two company nurses. The healthcare service follows up on our employees, both groupwise as well as individually, via advising, courses and occupational health examinations.
